a system that works
-
Instead of doing one squat, one row, one press, and calling it a full-body workout, we can spend the entire session focused on one body— using enough exercises and enough volume to actually make progress.
-
We keep our exercises consistent for about a month so members have time to learn the movement, improve their form, and actually progress. By adding reps, weight, or better control over time, we can measure improvement and create real results instead of constantly starting over with new exercises.
-
We don’t just coach the workout—we track the progress behind it. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength and muscle gain, injury prevention, or better overall health, our coaches help guide the process, adjust when needed, and push you appropriately with more reps, more weight, or better control—just like we would in a 1-on-1 session.
-
Our goal isn’t just to help you improve in the gym—it’s to build results that carry into everyday life. More strength, better health, improved confidence, and habits you can maintain long term.
Our body-part training system is designed to build strength, build muscle, optimize recovery, and promote consistency even with busy schedules.

Tom Reeves
For Tom, fitness has never been about simply putting someone through a workout.
Since 2001, he has coached everyone from Division 1 athletes to people taking their first steps toward getting stronger. After years of personal training, teaching K-12 PE, strength and conditioning, group fitness, and 13 years as a top-performing trainer within a major fitness brand, he saw an opportunity to do things differently.
He created Find Your Shape to bring the quality and personalization of high-end training to more people—combining expert coaching, accountability, and a simple belief: great fitness should meet you where you are and help you become better from there.

Fonzy Noveron
Fonzy has been coaching for 11 years, working with beginners, busy adults, and athletes of all levels. He specializes in programming, exercise technique, and simplifying training so people understand not just what they’re doing, but why they’re doing it.
After several years competing in bodybuilding—including winning the 2023 NPC Mid American Winter Classic Classic Physique division—his own approach to fitness has continued to evolve. He still wants to build muscle and look good, but today his training is just as focused on longevity, strength, speed, explosiveness, and staying healthy enough to keep up with life and family.
His coaching philosophy follows the same idea: skip the overly complicated routines and exercises designed just to look different. Master the fundamentals, progress them with purpose, build realistic habits, and stay consistent long enough to see results.

I have been working with SHAPE for over five years. They have supported my fitness goals and helped me lose weight and keep it off. Tom has coached me one on one and with my husband. He has a great personality and I look forward to our workouts.

Partner training for health and longevity in their 60s -
"I trained with Tom five times a week for over five years until he moved out of state. He is supremely qualifies, motivation, and extremely conscious of clients age and level of fitness. As an older extremely fit male, Tom kept my workouts quite varied, always aware of safety and injury prevention. I can say that as challenging as our workouts were I never had an injury. Tom is an awesome trainer."

“New gym with great serious equipment (Hammer Strength). Fonzy and Tom are great trainers - focus is on form and being safe. They know anatomy so can really guide you on what will be the best exercises and how to resolve any tightness. If you want to run on a treadmill, then go to Planet Fitness but if you want to get in shape this is the place."

"This is a great new gym that offers weight circuit group classes that really feel more like personal training. There is a lot of personal attention to form and function during the class. The instructors are smart about how to modify exercises for injuries or weaknesses you may have. Each day has a class focus (like, Monday and Thursday are legs, Tuesday is a push day and Friday is a pull day with Wednesday being a mixed upper body day) and there are morning and afternoon/evening time offerings. There are also classes available on Saturday mornings too. It’s all about lifting weights and core exercises. They also offer 1:1 personal training and stretching/rolling sessions. There are even classes for kids and teens. Check it out!! I’d give it a 10 out of 10 if that was rating on google reviews!!"

Upper Body is a class that utilizes a power rack, dumbbells, and cables in a circuit to optimize the volume of training to your back, shoulders, chest, arms, and core similar to a personal training session at a small group price. The class will have two options once you arrive working from larger muscles to smaller muscles to drive muscle size and strength or smaller muscle to larger muscles to create more detail and shaping while still increasing strength.
