Our classes are programmed by body part or area with the goal of maximum volume to create the fastest and most efficient change to your health and fitness. Each participant will have the choice of large muscle to small muscle movements geared to develop strength and size, or small to large muscle with drives detail and endurance to the body part or area. The classes are instructed by a certified personal trainer with no more than 15 to a class.
We also offer additional one on one personal training if you're trying to really push some specific changes into your programming. Our trainers are certified with years of experience in the health and wellness field.
